Our factory is specialized in the production and supply of a large range of metal construction products to the building industry. Our products include coated aluminium panels and profiles for curtain wall systems, louvers, window frames and partitions. For years, we have been exporting to high end markets including Germany, Japan, US, Hong Kong and Macau.

There are 4 workshops for sheet metal fabrication, aluminium extrusion machining, curtain wall components assembling and fluorocarbon/powder coating.

The sheet metal fabrication workshop occupies an area of 200,000 sq.ft. using digitally-controlled machinery such as hydraulic shear, CNC punch press, press brake and hydraulic bending roller for specializing in the fabrication of aluminium, steel and stainless steel cladding materials.

For curtain wall and window wall units, the components are fabricated and assembled in our combined workshop which occupies an area of 400,000 sq.ft. and is equipped with advance precision equipment such as CNC machining center, tenoning machine, sawing machine and sealant applicator.

The 200,000 sq.ft. coating workshop is equipped with 3 chemical pretreatment lines and 2 automatic electrostatic coating lines: horizontal liquid paint line and horizontal powder coating paint line.
